Run the VALLE FUN RUN & FIELD DAY SET FOR JUNE 3rd!

Run the Valle Fun Run and Field Day Set for June 3rd, 2025!

This year has been full of the unexpected.... through it, we have learned to overcome obstacles, increase our flexibility and get entirely creative and resourceful!

Our 2025 Run the Valle and Field Day experience is the perfect way to celebrate some monumental accomplishments.

This year, we will reflect on and represent all of those obstacles through a 1/2 mile Run the Valle Challenge & Obstacle course for grades 3-8 and a 100 m dash bubbles course for K-2.

We will also have bounce houses, super fun field games, snacks and most importantly, time together as a school!

A sign up genius will be sent out as soon as possible with volunteer and donation opportunities!

Congratulations to the #19 Duck owned by Storie Finch who won the Premium Championship Duck Race in a come from behind photo finish that had the spectators jumping for joy!!

What a race!!

"I trained hard for this race, and it was the quackiest honor of my life to win for the Finch family!", said #19 who beat a field of 24 premium duck athletes to take the prize.

Special thanks to the Finch family who donated a portion of their winnings back to the event organizers to fund programs for Valle Crucis School students.

Enrichment Programs

Here's to year FIVE of Valle Crucis's very special Enrichment Programming! Our enrichment program was started thanks to a generous grant by the Celia Lipton Farris and Victor W. Farris Foundation Home Community Fund, a component of the fund of the North Carolina Community Foundation. Since its inception, the enrichment program enables EVERY SINGLE Valle Crucis student the opportunity to participate in an enrichment activity designed and run by our incredibly talented teachers.
